Pyrmont Action Letter To Infrastructure NSW - Feedback on Concept Proposals for Blackwattle Bay

Pyrmont Action has provided feedback on the 3 concept proposals developed by Infrastructure NSW for the Bank Street precinct. The group supports various elements from Concept 1 and Concept 3, including the retention of existing native vegetation, a dragon boat storage structure, a children's playground, and the proposed location of the multi-purpose court next to the Bank Street footpath. They recommend that any structure on the site must incorporate solar panels on the roof and the significance of the aquifers traditionally supplying fresh water to those gathering food from the Bay be recognized. The group wants to remain engaged during the more detailed planning of the park.
